Cabins:  Overview

• 4-night minimum if reserved prior to March 1 (in most parks)
• 2-night minimum if reserved after March 2
• No security deposit
• No pets (Lake Carmi has one pet-friendly cabin) or smoking
• 6 people max (sleeps only 4, so extra 2 either sleep on floor or in tent outside)
• Guests pay park entry fee
• 2 vehicles maximum
• Wood and ice available for purchase at all parks
  Cabin should be left clean
• Check in 2 PM, Check out 11 AM (just like campsites)

Cabin Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel your reservation prior to 2:00 p.m. on the day before your expected arrival date, you are entitled to a refund of all fees except a $10 cancellation fee and the $6 reservation fee paid, per site.  If you cancel after 2:00 p.m. on the day before your expected arrival date, or, if you come camping and need to leave prior to the end of your stay, you can receive a refund for the unused portion (except for the required minimum), per site, if you notify the park staff before departing.  No refunds will be issued for an unused portion of the required minimum reservation period.  If you are charged for the minimum number of nights that were in effect when you made your reservation, then the cancellation fee will not be charged. 

Cottages:  Overview

• No pets
• No smoking
• No tents permitted on grounds
• 3 night minimum prior to June 15 and after Labor Day
• 7 night minimum June 15 to Labor Day
• Guests pay park entry fee
• $100 cleaning deposit required
• All cottages are located on or close to water
• 2 vehicles max
• Wood and ice available for purchase at most parks (not Crystal Lake or Shaftsbury)
  Cottage should be left clean, dishes washed, trash and leftovers appropriately bagged for disposal
• Check in 2 PM, Check out 11 AM (just like campsites)

Cottage Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to the first day of your stay, you will receive a full refund less a $10 cancellation fee; If you cancel your reservation 14 to 29 days prior to the first day of your stay, you will receive al full refund less two nights fee; if you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to the first day of your stay, you will receive no refund.
