Events at Kingsland Bay Park

Facilities available for rent at the park:

	Main Building This large enclosed hall boasts a fireplace and large porch. It has the capacity to seat 150 people at its 19 (5' round) tables. The main building has 2 refrigerators, but no other kitchen facilities. There are charcoal grills available outside, and you can bring your own gas grills to be used outside if you’d like, but do get ranger’s permission prior to event. The main building may be rented Monday - Thursday for $400. This building is rented only in combination with the theater, Friday - Sunday, for a $700 fee.

	Theater Building As the name suggests, the theater building contains a stage at one end. This structure can accommodate 50 people seated. The theater building may be rented Monday - Thursday for $100. It is rented only in combination with the main building, Friday - Sunday, for a $700 fee.

	Hawley House The meeting room in the Hawley House is rented to small groups only. It has one long table which can hold 10-12 people. The meeting room may be rented for $50.

More Event Information:

The time of the rental period:
10:00 a.m. to official sunset or 9:00 PM, whichever is earlier.

Alcohol:
Alcohol may be served from containers less than 1 gallon.
If using a caterer (license needed), a keg or other containers greater than one gallon can be served. NO GLASS by the beach areas.

Tents:
Tents of all sizes can be accommodated. They must be set up and taken down on the day of the event. Tents may not block access to the beach and day use area.

The building fee includes:
Includes use of the building only. Day use fee for individual guests will apply. Your group is relatively separate but shares a bathroom with other guests.

Additional costs:
As people enter park a day use fee applies. This fee is paid at the park.

Group of 25 or less is $3.00 (children under 14 $2.00)
Group of 25 or more $2.00/person (if paid in a lump sum)
Children under 4 are free

There is a cleaning deposit of $500.

Our rubbish policy is carry-in/carry-out, but for your convenience, we offer removal of collected and bagged rubbish for a $100 fee.
