When guests at Seyon Lodge sit down to a meal we do our best to make sure they are getting something creative and authentically Vermont.  We strive to use the best in season, locally grown produce, locally made cheese and milk from places like Cabot Creamery and the Vermont Butter & Cheese Company, and locally raised meat products as much as possible.  With our seasonal menu, our meals give you all the warmth of a dinner at home, but add little touches of elegance for all of the style of an expensive night out. 

At Seyon Lodge, we are happy to prepare breakfast, sit-down or take-out lunch, and dinner for you, are flexible and can cook food to suit your dietary needs, and we pride ourselves on creating healthy, filling, affordable meals.
