Here at Seyon Lodge State Park we aim to serve the freshest, most delicious food that our hearts and hands can prepare.  We do our best to support our local Vermont farmers and businesses by purchasing locally grown and produced meats, produce, and baked goods; we find that Vermont foods are tasty and fresh too!  We hope that you enjoy your dining experience with us.

Breakfast

Our continental breakfast includes a delectable spread of locally-made Nutty Steph’s Vermont Granola, healthy cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and/or cottage cheese, freshly baked muffins or scones, as well as orange juice, coffee, and tea, $4.95.

For our Hot Breakfast please choose one of the following options for your group, which will be served with our continental spread, $8.95.

  • Eggs: bacon, and home-fried potatoes
  • Savory Quiche: with gourmet vegetables meats, and cheeses, served with bacon or sausage
  • Carol’s Baked French Toast: served with bacon or sausage and warm Vermont maple syrup
  • Breakfast Burritos: stuffed with eggs, black beans, and salsa served with bacon or sausage
  • Buttermilk Pancakes: served with bacon or sausage and warm Vermont maple syrup

            We proudly serve Vermont Smoke & Cure bacon and sausage.

 
Lunch

For Lunch, please choose one of the following options for your group:

 

  • Sandwich Platters: (a variety of sandwiches cut into quarters) served with chips, fruit, and juice, $7.95. Add home made soup, $9.95.
  • Vegetable or Vermont-raised Beef Lasagna: served with salad and warm bread, $13.95/$14.95.
  • Deluxe Grilled Cheese Sandwich: served with a steaming bowl of our soup de jour, $8.95.
 
Dinner

For Dinner, please choose one of the following options for your group:

 

  • Baked Chicken with Sautéed Apples and White Wine: served with fresh steamed green beans, couscous, and green salad $14.95
  • Locally-made Cottage Street Pasta Cheese or Meat Ravioli: served with garlic bread and a green salad $13.95/$14.95
  • Gourmet and Traditional Pizzas: tell us your favorite toppings!  Served with green salad $11.95-$14.95
  • Farm Stand Spinach and Basil Cannelloni: served with warm bread and green salad $13.95
  • Lemon Rosemary Chicken Breast: served with seasonal vegetable, couscous parmesan, and green salad $14.95
  • Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Breast: served with seasonal vegetable, mashed potatoes, and green salad $14.95
  • Brian’s Baked Burritos: (vegetarian or chicken) served with lettuce, tomato, chips, salsa, and our delicious guacamole $13.95/$14.95
  • Chili Night!  Our tasty, warm home-made beef or vegetarian chili sprinkled with sharp cheddar or cashews and served with corn bread and green salad.  Can you say “comfort food”?  $14.95
  • Soup and Sandwich Special:  A big bowl of hearty soup de jour served with a tasty sandwich (ask us about options)  $12.95. Add green salad  $14.95
  • Portobello Mushroom Sandwich: topped with feta, roasted red peppers, and mixed greens served with sweet potato wedges and green salad $11.95

We proudly serve local, organic beef from Badger Brook Meats in Danville and Vermont-raised, antibiotic-free Misty Knoll Chicken from New Haven, VT.

We can accommodate many dietary restrictions and are happy to discuss further options for those with special dietary needs.
