Cottage at Lake Shaftsbury

Swim from your backyard or enjoy the common beach area.  The cottage is fully furnished, consisting of a kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, microwave and toaster. The cottage sleeps a maximum of six (one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds). Pillows and blankets are provided, but no towels or bed linens. The living room/dining area contains table and chairs. Thermostat controlled heat. Bathroom has shower, toilet, and lavatory. There is an open deck overlooking the lake with chairs and a table, outside picnic table, grill, and access to the public beach on Lake Shaftsbury with boat rentals, hiking trails and concession.  A private canoe is available for use at anytime.  Canoe/rowboat/paddle boat rentals available. Fishing with Vermont state license (available at park)

• Located on the water with direct access to state beach;
• The kitchen area includes a microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster and is complete with cookware, dishes etc.
• Maximum occupancy of 6 people and 2 vehicles
• A canoe comes included with cottage rental; kayaks and additional canoes are available to rent at beach
• You provide linens, towels, food and personal items.
• There is a an outside deck, picnic table and grill
• No pets or smoking allowed.  
• Rates: $80 per night, $560/Week. $6 reservation fee. A $100 refundable breakage/cleaning fee payable on arrival.
• Camp check in after 2 PM, check out by 11 AM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• The cottage can be very peaceful and many guests return year after year so be sure to book early!
