How to Apply for Employment

How it works, is that Vermont is divided into four regions: Northwest, Northeast, Southwest and Southeast. Each region does their own hiring. So, if you want to work for Little River State Park, you're going to be applying to our Northeast regional office. If you'd like to work for Bomoseen State Park, you'd apply to our Southwest office. On the last page of our employment application is a list of which parks belong to which region.

After you submit your application, you should receive a confirmation email or letter that your application has been received. Regional managers will usually begin interviewing in February and will have most positions filled by the end of March.

To apply online, you will need Adobe Reader version 7 or higher.

Mac Users: You MUST download and use Adobe Reader for this application to work.
You cannot use Mac's default Preview program.

3. Send your application as an email attachment to the Regional Office of the park you wish to work for. Please put "Employment Application" in the subject line
