The cottage is fully furnished, consisting of a kitchen area with stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, and toaster. Sleeps a maximum of six with one bedroom with double bed, one with twin beds, and a futon that opens to sleep two. Pillows and blankets are provided, but no towels or bed linens. The living room/dining area contains table and chairs, futon and a gas log fire place and heater. Bathroom has shower, toilet, and lavatory. There is a screened in porch with chairs, open deck, outside picnic table, grill, and access to the public beach on Lake Dunmore with boat rentals and concession.


- Canoe/rowboat/paddle boat rentals available.

- Fishing with Vermont state license (available at park)

- No smoking or pets inside cottage

- All guests not part of the original registering party must pay visitor fee to enter the park.

Overnight guests, when exceeding the cottage limit, may camp at the regular camping fee on a space available basis, on a designated campsite only.

- All vehicles must park in the parking spaces provided.

- Cottage should be left clean, dishes washed, trash and leftovers appropriately bagged for disposal.

- Available mid-May to mid-October. Reservations for seven to twenty-one days may be made by contacting the call center at 888-409-7579. If not reserved for the next seven day period, two or more nights may be rented/reserved.

- Rates: $80 per night, $560/Week. A $25 refundable breakage/cleaning fee payable on arrival.

- Camp check in after 2 PM, check out by 11 AM. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
