Picnic Pavilions

Picnic pavilions provide shelter from the elements and a common place for group gatherings. Many have interesting histories from the Civilian Conservation Corps days when they were first built.

Located in Vermont State Parks throughout the state, picnic pavilions can be reserved for family reunions, group picnics, wedding receptions, or any reason you can dream up where more is merrier.

Just like our state parks, each pavilion is in a unique setting and has something different to offer.

Rentals of some facilities include park entry fees for guests and trash removal. For others, entry fees and trash removal are not included. Park entry fees are $2/per person for groups of over 25 people if paid in a lump sum. Otherwise, park entry is $3/per person.
