large porch situated in an estate-like setting on a quiet cove on Lake Champlain;
capacity for 150 people; large parking lot. Swimming area; canoe & kayak

Plymouth, Ludlow - 3 unique shelters to choose from: A large,
enclosed dining hall with full kitchen at the edge of a pine grove; capacity
for 300 people; considerable parking. Also two smaller open air shelters, accommodating
100 or 60 people situated on expansive grassy lawns screened by woods. All
shelters located near Echo Lake. Large beach area, canoe and kayak rentals;
